The courts located in Tel-Aviv, Israel shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms. You agree that any cause of action related to or arising out of your relationship with AEBi must be disputed within one year after the cause of action occurs. Otherwise, such cause of action shall be permanently barred.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AEBi with respect to the subject matter hereof and may only be modified by AEBi.
